At AYA Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the policy below.
14-Day Return Policy
Customers may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Product must be returned with original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used jewellery
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Once approved, ship the product back to the provided return address.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by AYA Collection.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
